WHAT IS THE IDG MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAM?

Are you feeling stressed by what’s happening in your life? You don’t have to go through this alone.

The IDG Mental Health and Wellness program can help. Our social workers provide support accessing services like SNAP or other assistance programs. We can help you come up with new ways of reducing stress, building healthy relationships, and overcoming other challenges life throws in your path.

  • Accessing free benefits and services, including SNAP, rental assistance

How to Use This Benefit

Call 917-594-5443 or email wellness@drivingguild.org to speak to one of our social workers. You can also complete this form. All our services are free, and we can speak English, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, Nepali, Urdu, Punjabi, and Moroccan.

The IDG Mental Health and Wellness Program is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing an acute mental health crisis, please call Connecticut’s Action Line at 1-800-467-3135, and if you cannot reach them, call 911 for immediate assistance.
